As with every online purchase you have the opportunity to make use of your 14 days right of withdrawal. By clicking the confirmation link in the very first e-mail, which you will get within 24 hours after receipt of payment you confirm (will be written in the e-mail as well) that you do not make use of your right of withdrawal and want to start the course right now (voluntary relinquishment of your right of withdrawal).
As soon as you have started the course, there is no more opportunity to get your money back. You accept the course by clicking the confirmation link or after 14 days not making use of the right of withdrawal.

(1) Daily exercise by e-mail: Every day you'll get an e-mail with an exercise - reading and doing will not take longer than 30 minutes as we want the course to stay practical for every day use and possible to do it beside your job life. It is your choice when to get the e-mails - by the time you click the confirmation link. You will get a welcome e-mail with this confirmation link - if you want to start the course, please click the link. It confirms that a) you do not want to make use of your right of withdrawal and b) you want to get your daily e-mail at this time of the day (it will start the next full hour).
(2) Daily live chat: A powerful online platform grants the opportunity to chat live for 30 minutes with all the other users and with us. The moderated manifesting chat is a closed user group and accessible for our users only. You can also use this chat for exchange among each other outside the moderated times.
